Globill send rebill email to members
Hi all,
I just found my members receive email from globill every time they got rebill. Does anyone having the same situation? Other processors seems don't send rebill email to users. |
apparently you can turn that option off in your admin options but thats just what other globill people have said.

Are you talkinga about Update Site Prefs --> failed rebill notifications ? I only have this option. But this option is for rebill failed, I am talking about for those members who got rebill and globbill will email them to let them know. |

I email them already and their reply is something to reduce chargeback. If you send email to let member know they are going to rebill, their chargeback ratio will sure be low. That's their explanation.

I don't know. I asked whehter I can disable it. They didn't answer me directly. I will email them again.
