Ibill can not precess surfer form asia (except Japan) !!! Who has expriences like me?
 

Hi, i just want to ask you guys. Has anyone here has bad exprience when you try to submit a porn sites that use ibill as their process agent but ibill can not precess your cards. Me and my friends who live in asia (not Japan and korea) have bad exprience about that.
