about 17% for January 2009

checks aren't the best way to get paid

I am more like 40% returned checks, chargebacks up, declines up,failed rebills up!

Worse then that are the $1600.00 in Denials/declines for the first 6 weeks of 2009!

I guess I should take comfort in knowing that my content is still enticing to many,even if they don't have the measley 14.95 for a rebill in their account :( All in All could be worse I guess!

is that new sales or total sales? total im guessing.

one other difference is that I *believe* companies like WTS bill have a process where they filter out people before the actual submission occurs, so the decline rate would be lower compared to a CCBill-type system where they take nearly everyone on the front end and the returns happen later.

So for instance, a wts page may ask several questions such as ?which one of these streets did you live on at some time in your life? and give you a choice of 3 street addresses, if you don?t pick the right one, that transaction is not submitted and would not be returned or reflected in your return rate/%

i just did a report for the months on january everything i guess new old etc

i remember seeing a feature where user only gets access after check clears, who did that,

Glo Bill used to do that.

I def think a merchant should be able to select that
