I can't find payments from vscash in our epass statement. Do they pay? When?

Maybe try and hit them up with an e-mail. they have always responded quick when I need answers.. They are on the west coast so I'm sure someone will be online in the next few hours..

Tried do it by email and ICQ...I did get form my support dates of payments, but they are absent in our epass statement
..and no new answer
