What movies inspire you?

Just finished watching Donnie Brasco for the umpteenth time. Not that this movie inspires me to wack a guy, but it does make me feel like a I want to be a "boss" after I watch it. Basically, anything with Al Pacino is worth having on DVD.

Another movie that inspires me is Boiler Room.

Just wondering what movies inspire you?

The Shawshank Redemtion is the movie that does it for me.

However, when I really need to be inspired, I reread Atlas Shrugged.

You guys (most of you) have a pretty strange idea what "inspiration" means.

I've been to Scotland. Trainspotting isn't the best depiction of real life in Scotland.

Hannibal inspired me to become a cultured sociopathic cannibal rather than the low-brow Dahmer type.

You think Trainspotting tells you more about where you came from than Braveheart?

Oh, come on.... based on that ego maniac's version of a true story. A guy who studied "ninjutsu" from a person who wasn't a real ninja. I liked that movie when I was a kid, but it's FAR from a true story.

RedShoe 11-18-2002 06:02 PM

Boneprone teaches us Ninjitsu, but he's not a real Ninja. But we don't mind, he seems to be enjoying himself.
