design rates
What should I expect to pay by the hour for professional design work? I need work done on an existing site. Also, any referrals?
Thanks |
It depends - i charge (and most other designers i've talked to) by the project not by the hour. Perhaps the best way to find what you are looking for is to decide how much you want to invest and then look through the designer's portfolios until you find one that you like and matches your budget.
Check my sig for my own site - i'm sure there will be several more designers posting here shortly.:thumbsup |
Same here. I go by a lot of factors (the least of which are time, but it does play a part).
|
$50 per hour the least
|
Low end is about $25 an hour. The guys that are booked out months get about $150 an hour.

I can give you edgy designs for stunning prices. Usually per project, but I charge an hourly rate of about $30-35
un_dutchable AT xs4all.nl if interested - samples etc available :winkwink: |
I work for 1$/hour, usually.
I'm booked until May 7th 2007. If you wanna pay slightly more I might give you a priority. |
Let me know what your project is and I'll shoot you an estimate.
Thanks, DG |
