We have been working hard on the site and have over 380 registered members now and getting about 50 sign ups a day. We just added the coolest feature yet. If you are a member you will notice that when you log in you will have to go through 4 steps of choosing a profession and entering info about yourself and then adding a picture to your profile. This is for all new people that sign up but existing members have to do this as well. This is done so that we don?t have blank profiles from lazy people in the site.

Some agents don?t like this site and are talking shit about it because they are scared it will hurt there business. One has already threaten to sue me which they have no legal ground, and as a matter of fact just saying that which is trying to hurt my business or make me feel intimidated is breaking the law for someone that owns a agency. There are some problems for the agents with this site but they are not xxxfilmjobs.com problems. If an agent has a girl on there site, they don?t want her on other sites where directors can go around them and contact them.

If a girl uploads her info and photos to xxxfilmjobs.com we are not responsible to police whether or not her agent doesn?t like this. We do not add girls they add themselves. This is called user submitted content for those of you that don?t know and the only way to have it removed is through the DMCA law by sending a DMCA noticed. For those of you that don?t know what DMCA is, it?s basically only if you own rights to the content and you want it removed off a site where someone else has posted it.

We are not an agency and in no way have any control over bookings. Xxxfilmjobs.com is more of a social networking/classified ad site for the adult industry and is a great way for models to find work and directors AND AGENTS to find models. Agents don?t like this because they want all directors to go through them paying a agency fee but this is life people and technology is changing fast and if you don?t follow the trend then you will be shit out of luck.

On the other hand because I do business with a lot of agents and xxxfilmjobs.com is not there to hurt there business. If a girl is under a contract and she uploads her photos to the site xxxfilmjobs.com not being an agency does not have to remove her BUT out of a courtesy to the SOME of the agents I have and will take a girl off the site and send her a email stating that until her agents allows her to be on the site she cannot be there, BUT if a girl is on many other sites like mine I want her removed from those as well. I don?t have to by law do this but, I will.

Also as far as contacting girls in the business through email or phone or however else we are getting the site known, this is not illegal as long as we are responding to an ad they have out there or I personally know them, for the record guys.
Again this is not illegal and we will continue to do this, so if you?re an agent and don?t want your girls contacted for work, then have her take down her ads she has up on other sites.

It came to my attention that my name and site was brought up in the monthly agents meeting instead of people just coming to me. It was said that xxxfilmjobs.com will be a very powerful tool in the industry in a few months and is growing fast. I responded and asked why my site was such a problem compared to others and they said because I am well connected and have worked or done business with just about everyone in adult and everyone knows who I am. This is true and for those of you that don?t know me I performed in over 700 scenes in a little over 3 years and now own a studio with 14 sets and shoot for my own production company. Whether people like me or not, does not matter, people want models cheap and don?t want to spend agency fees all the time in this economy. On the other hand there are positives for the agents with this site. Agents work hard at what they do and a lot of the time deserves an agency fee and that will never change. There are always girls that are to dumb to use a site like this to keep busy and will need an agent and there are plenty of girls on the site for the agents to grab up.

For the smart companies, models, and agents that would like to be a part of us and benefit from us read below?.
We have a lot of big companies in the site including someone from one of the biggest companies in porn from, Vivid, looking for models in our site. We will be adding places for the companies to buy banners as well, but for now most of the features are free expect our newest feature for agents.
This feature is including a rotating banner spot for the agents to buy when they upgrade, that we just came out with today. Type9models is the first company to purchase a banner and hope many more to follow. This spot is under the ?10 Most Recent Casting Notices? you can find it right on the home page. Ok short version for the lazy gfyers. A lot of agents are pissed that there contract girls are making profiles on my site and trying to get work through my site around them. They can deal with it by joining in and paying me to put a banner up for there agency and try to recrute girls or they can keep talking shit. . :2 cents:

See Donny, there is a time when you have to realize that there are people out there that can do what you need done better than you can. That is why I hire coders and designers. Because I can't code or design. Rather than wasting time putting together a crappy PR you could spend time doing something that you are good at. Whatever that is.
