yes, it's fucking retarded, I met all the requirements, had all the right pictures, sets, models, etc. and they simply denied it for "unoriginality" in the photographs lol

How much are you paying? I don't see why I couldn't simply go to the site right now and make a second dummy account to sell you.

It's really easy to make one. If you get denied it's probably because 1) You're mentioning you work in adult 2)you're not sounding professional enough and more /myspaceish or 3) the images you're using are too graphic and adult like, you can't use any pictures with tits or ass or sexual nature until after the account is accepted.

Never thought I would hear someone make an offer on an account, but seeing as how I have two accounts, I could spare one. any offers?

had one there for years - a hillbilly photog from North Carolina narced on me, i accidentally told one of his models that the rest of his models he was pitching me looked like strippers - doh, i should have known, the guy puts profiles of his models on there and he's the one who actually reads and answers their messages.

any connection to adult will get you shut down. it's total bullshit because Ken Marcus and lots of photogs who shoot for Playboy, Penthouse, Hustler are on there and MM does nothing about them. I know a photog who had some photos that came from his NN sites and he got kicked off. Marcus has his URL to his paysite with cock sucking on his main page right on his profile. but he's popular on the MM forums and gets a pass as do many others. you guys who are on there are only a model or another photographer away from being narced on and booted off.

i can't put up another one with the photos my guy John takes, they are too well known. easy to spot by the nazi moderators.

it's not a huge loss - MM girls are delusional as are most of the photographers on there.

Being a PAYING member of the site will get you far tootsie.

Also, there is something to be said on the site for tact. I have SEEN some of the adult company or folk who post on MM. They are borderline vulgar a lot of times and might as well have a picture of Hitler on their profiles to zero them in.

There are also many adult companies on there, and have been there for a long time. However, you have a TON of fucking creepers on MM claiming they are 'in da biz' or photographers just trying to get women nude or to have sex.

I have heard plenty or stories in my interviews, and it's appalling.

Holy Shit! my 7 year old photographer account just got deleted !!!! ... no warning, other then a "your account has been closed, Reason: Adult networking" email..with nothing else written in it. DAMN !!!!!!! ... My other account hasn't been approved yet !

I was surprised that MM does not watermark their images, not only for copywrite...but for promotion. Thanks for reminding me about MM have not been there in a couple of years. Like 90% of the girls are slamming. :thumbsup

MM is the worst piece of shit networking site on the planet, the moderators are fucking idiots. Not only are most the 'models" flakes, you cant post anything even closely related to adult castings or work. Myspace is where its at, if you need something else, one model place. You can cast and search for adult models on OMP.

I have two MMs ... one for regular work, one for "sexy" work. Never had any probs. Heck, I know mods who have regular and glamour profiles.

I think OMP sucks, but it seems to be one of the best places to find adult performers. ModelBrigade has potential.

Get that fucking auto-loading music off the site... that crap is why I don't do MySpace!

wtf? why would you steal their web design? if you have any hope of running a successful modeling site i'd get your own design. ripping off MM's design makes you look like a loser.

MM is full of flakes I have only booked a couple of models from there and they didn't show up on both occasions. OneModelPlace.com is good but still rare to find talent for adult on there.

they kicked me off, they asked me to remove a couple of photos so I did, that was fine, later I asked if i could put a link to my photo site and it was gone, claimed I was using their site to promote mine, which was true but thats what photographers do I thought

Yeah, I got dinged on same thing.

Funny part was I got hit by the Playboy guy. He is now based somewhere around Chicago. I can't remember now, but when he e-mailed me telling me adios. I looked at his profile, and he was basically a boardline/porn guy.

However, others have summed up MM nicely on how they run that place. It really is not that porn people are not allowed. It is more a less run by porn guys who essentially have created their own little social network and do not want others using it.

I've had the same experience. So it was no real loss.

Only 2 models out of maybe 50 over 3 years actually really wanted work, and showed up.

You can turn off auto-load music option from your myspace page.
Account settings, Miscellaneous, Music Profiles, Other profiles then unclick on "Allow Auto-start of other people's profile and artist music players"
