Who can incorporate a design into word press?
 

If you want hundreds to do this, ignore me OK.
I desire (do not need) to change the generic look of a mainstream blog I have. Most of it I could figure out I am sure if I looked around some but I am currently busy. I just would like to alter the layout a tad bit. Add in a new header. That's it.
