just picked up a 2007 bmw 760 for 42k with 25k miles at beverly hill bmw and they paid off the remainder of my lease on which had 3 months left

Sounds expensive you could pick one up for about $18k in the UK and cars are normally more expensive over here. The dealers is never the right place to buy a car imo, its funny that everybody who buys from a dealers ALWAYS thinks they got a "good deal".

I know I can get from private party for a lot cheaper, but I need to finanace it. And from private its a 8% interest. This is .09% for 56 months. Which comes down to $344 a month and 6000 down.

personally, I wouldn't buy any car with 43K miles fore more than 50% of the original sticker price.
