you were given clear instructions to send tickets to support@....

its not that difficult.

chances are if you can't even follow this simple instruction that's been repeated to you several times throughout the process (i have a dozen servers with them) - then chances are, you are beyond help anyway.

they answer e-mails submitted to that address almost instantly.

you didn't e-mail them because you didn't get a reply within minutes. i've been doing it for a couple years now and they have fantastic support.
