it's about british columbia's marijuana industry. they visit growers and activists, people whose lives have been affected by the drug laws, marijuana patients, police, politicians. it goes into the factors holding back the legalization of marijuana, and what the effect of legalization could be. makes a lot of very good points. specifically when they go into the factors contributing to the holdback...

I watched this.....it was a waste of time for me, nothing new unfortunately.

However it was pretty cool seeing the underground train cars up on that mountain.

I don't know exactly how stoned you have to be for that video but apparently I am not that high.
