flvtool2, we run it on the server but you can run it locally on your mac on command line

There is no program I can just open and choose a folder full of flvs to inject?

No command line stuff just regular program? We use flvmdi-gui on pc, which takes 1sec and very simple.

Sorenson 4 can do it as well.
