it only scrape cliphunter.com, i do not own the videos, that was clearly expressed. The program itself is not illegal, as it does not violate any of the TOS on the tube sites.

Well, one could argue that your scraper "steals" content and puts it on your site, content that is in fact too stolen from the beginning. That could be grounds for calling someone a thief. No argument is needed for calling you a retard though.....

you are making your own assumptions as facts, when stating your argument. you have the assumption that tube = illegal, stolen. i state again, i do not host, or grab the flv videos. the scraper only acquires the embed code, freely available on the tube sites. that is it, only when the embed codes are interpretated by the browser, they load the videos from the respective tube sites. it is impossible to check whether each videos on those tube sites are stolen or not, and is not my problem, its the tube sites problem and you.

if the tube sites are illegal, why are they still operating? it must be that its not illegal under any written law, and that the tube sites are protected by DMCA's safe harbor provision.
