It seems to be in part due to my inability to formulate effective titles. Or the ability of sig spammers to read anything. Either way, I only got 2 real responses.

Here is my announcement:

I USED to be a big gallery guy. I'm not interested in getting back to submitting.

However, I am willing to pay an established gallery submitter with good partner accounts a significant percentage above what they make with THEIR own galleries to swap in a few of my galleries per week. They aren't trash hosted galleries.
