Don't focus too much on the $800 per year because if your site has any real traffic you'll make 100 times that in the Revshare program. It's an investment.

Say you are lucky enough to get ONE person in each of the three tiers under you... 3 x 800 = $2400.00 2400.00 = 3 webmasters under you... - 80.00 tier 1 - 40.00 tier 2 - 8.00 tier 3 ____________ 2272.00 to the "sponsoring" site Webmaster gets $128.00 for that, to recoup the 800 back you would need 6.25 sets of three tiers *OR* 10 single tier referrals. Or some such mixtures. lol Someone didn't do their homework well enough! And *if* you were lucky enough to get 100 WM's to sign up for a quarter... 100 x 2272.00 = $227,200.00 Now THAT should cover some bandwith! And no major sponsor backing on the site?! Hmmmm....
