someone offer me Cost Per Action,with 75Usd for 100 joins..but with no website to show me coz he said is illegal.What should i do?

Sounds more like the gy making the offer has an illegal site and-or content. CP perhaps? What else would someone come out with up front as being illegal?!

he said he is a broker .of course he can keep for himself,but why dont he sells also?he can earn both side.normally he sells at $225 for 50 joins,but up to some reasons,he sells for me $75 for 100 joins.
he said he can filter the traffics to my sponsor sites and get the joins for me..
so how?:helpme

It's quite possible he's also got access to a large number of active credit cars/expiries and basically would use them to give you your joins....that would be my main fear.

$75 for $4000 worth of signups. He is probably got a shitload of stolen credit cards. I mean how easy is it to steal someones credit card, VERY EASY. I can 40 a day if I wanted. And so he will probably join up to your sponsor and then cancel after signing up or not. Your chargebacks will be sky high and your sponsor will cancel you.

And thats the best scenerio, the most likely thing is he will take your $75 and feed his Russian family for 4 months :)
