Yeah saw that on the news, those are some pretty bad fires and a lot of people have been killed and hurt.

Yes it very bad right now, last report was 108 people dead in the fires.

Full towns burnt to the ground and a lot of people still missing. I cried watching the news today with a guy being interviewed who was on the phone with his wife when she had to get out of the house. Now 24 hours later he has not been in contact with her or his three kids and the place where they lived is all gone :(

All this when North Queensland is under water. It's crazy

Small towns in the hills with one road into the place, 110f temps, drought, 60 mph plus winds and 30 or more fires burning at one time. Some people just didn't have anywhere to run.
