A little background on the domain: Purchased in 2003, we built it up as a college entertainment site to challenge College Humor in the college market. The site and LLC reached it's peak in late 2006, early 2007 reaching out to 1.4 million uniques/month along with over 10 million pageviews a month. Site generated approximately $120,000 over the course of 2006, mostly from dating revenue.

Around that time we were in talks with various companies about acquisitions, and struck up a lucrative CPM deal with a certain company which ended up screwing us over. Since then we ultimately went bankrupt, and both of us are now in other ventures.

CollegeDowntime.com is still a premium domain, and it's never taken the adult route so I believe there is revenue potential there. I still have the entire site backed up, and can transfer it along with all the content to the new owner. Again, we will include the .net domain in any transaction.
