Oh boy...just reminded me asking that back in the great old days of 1996 :-) ...i remember having 6 out of top 10 listings in Yahoo, Excite, Alta Vista, MSN, etc. under major keywords ( pussy, sex, gay sex, etc. )....how much has changed.....its a whole new world seems like...

SEO is a good thing to know (and everyone has to start somewhere) but I would suggest that you do some researching for yourself by taking advantage of the search engines. There's a wealth of information online that can grow your knowledge instead of coming here and just asking other webmasters.

different ways to place words phrases on your site (in url, title, description, etc)
then getting backlinks with anchor text going back to your site
and working every day on getting more and more backlinks

The first months results of our SEO campaign inside

about 2 months after i put my mind to this stuff, 3/4 of the keywords i targetted, some pretty competitive, were in the 1-3 spots in google

i know people can get pissy around here for helping others with questions like this, because your training the competitors who are going to be taking your biz in a few years, but the reality is that most people learn this stuff from reading boards, and it takes a special typoe of person to take advantage of it
