Here at Steadfast Networks we have some spare bandwidth, as we've established some new peering relationships through the Equinix Exchange and ChIX that are reducing our usage levels over our carriers. You will rarely, if ever, see a network of this quality available for such a price. The network consists of transit through Level(3), Savvis, TeliaSonera, and NLayer, and includes direct peering with end user networks such as Comcast and Cablevision (going live Friday).
