Mouse recommendations?
My old mouse has died and I have tried all providers who claimed to have it and they don't, it's an old model and sadly enough, my hand was molded onto it...
I have tried 5 different mice in the last four days but nothing works for me... I can't do complicated graphics work as I am clumsy and the carpal tunnel won't leave me alone and I have work to deliver! >_< not having my mouse even slows me down for regular surfing and other tasks :( It wasn't a great mouse, it was just years and years of use... Here are some pictures: http://www.paguito.com/online-store/...s/ACT00050.jpg I would appreciate recommendations on mice that have the same shape (rather important as well were the multimedia buttons to either side instead of both on the left) Or, does anyone have an Acteck AM 1300 mouse that you don't want? I'll buy it! Thanks! :thumbsup |

Razer Deathadder and Intellieye Explorer 3.0 waste anything!

Wireless in my opinion sucks ass. I've had plenty of wireless devices and they were all flawed. They weren't cheap either, it was all from known brands with a reputation for quality products.
I'm using a cheap logitec mouse & keyboard now - WITH wires - and I'm very happy with it. |
I'm a lame-ass, went to the local computer mall and asked around if they would fix it with it in my hand, and failed... wrote to the manufacturer hoping they had some left overs in stock and finally managed to find a seller in venezuela's ebay who has it. They only have 4, so I went ahead and bought them, considering this one lasted 7 years, I should be settled until mice are no longer needed... here's hoping they ship here. lol...
Thanks for the input and lols, everyone :) and yes, you're welcome to mock me |
I'm still using my Intellimouse Explorer 3.0 and Microsfot Media Pro keyboard. This is a great thread because now I realize they look like diseased animals from all the usage and should be replaced. Damn.

My scroll wheel of my favorite mouse died a while back. I made a similar thread.
I ended up settling for a Microsoft Comfort Optical Mouse 3000. I went through 3 different mice before settling for this one. Only thing I reprogrammed on it was the thumb button on the left side. It now pages down for me. My youngest son uses one of the Razor gaming mice and has so reprogrammed that I can't hardly use it if I sit down at his desktop (Dang WoW player). PK |

I think they replaced it with the MX620. |
In Muji on oxford street in London you can get these really tiny optical mouses with retractable cord which are useful for laptops. Theyre awesome, im sure theyre available on the net somewhere.

I have been using these for years. Once you start you will never want to use a regular mouse again.

Took a little time to get used to but totally eliminated my wrist and sholder pain. They say it is cause it does not require your arm to twist in an unatural way like most conventional mice do although some newer mice are getting better about this.

Standard Logitech laser mouse with scroll wheel. Is extremely light weight, easily fits in the palm of your hand and feels solid. Awesome for those precise movements. http://www.laptopcity.com.pk/laptops...ouse-large.jpg |
