WHM experts

How do I enable AWStats for my accounts? It's already enabled as package feature, but when I try to enable it in CPanel it says:

Stats program is locked out by administrator

Even when I'm logged in as root. Anyone know how that works?

Click on "Statistics Software Configuration" under the tab "Server Configuration" in WHM. Enable "Allow all users to change their web statistics generating software", hit "Save" and you're done! :)
