Whats The Best Camera Phone Out Now?

Doing some looking around seems like the Samsung M8800, 8 megapixel and supposedly the best quality of the 8m phones. Touch screen though which i dont really like but its looks good.

I don't know if its the best, but my LG Dare takes some pretty good pictures. It's the best camera I've ever had, but that's not sayin much.

I wish verizon would get some nice phones on the regular voice plans. I don't want to pay an extra $30/month for a data plan to get a good phone.
