google and firefox...hacked my sites? is this right?

i go to login to my wordpress..and i get the message its distributing malware..lol

these are blog sites that barely make sales...they arent even distributing money to me..lol

so....now i have to jump through google hoops and bug my host and work forever to access my own site?

is there an easy fix to this?

where are you getting that message ?

there was a flaw at google recently that showed every site as distributing spyware

that sounds weird...

that is because your wordpress has been hacked

you should check your template files because most likely the footer or header has some code in it you didnt put there :)

have had it happen to WP blogs before :)

most likely hacked and flagged. clean it up then contact http://www.stopbadware.org/ to get the warning removed.

check header first then footer, its most likely one of th two, everytime ive had this occur, it was in one of them and its a huge code, just remove it and it should go away... i got this on a wp blog the first day i installed Google Chrome and was like "WTF? My site is a virus?"

bobby666 02-03-2009 11:33 AM

First fix, remove wordpress, second fix, you're done.

papill0n 02-03-2009 12:54 PM

you think google hacked your site?

baddog 02-03-2009 01:01 PM

Try http://safebrowsing.clients.google.c...OMAINHERE.com/

could be false warning that'll dissapear soon, after the big "every site's infected" hit I had a few more sites reported from Google but then it stopped, anyway examine your theme and DB files

Phoenix 02-03-2009 01:29 PM
