Angel Investor resources...I have a mainstream product in need of funding...

I am not the first to bring my new venture to market but my content is my own and I am good at what I do in the website. It is a mainstream product all delivered via a member's website. The member's area is finished and ready to go...the front-end still needs work.

I am seeking a serious individual or individuals to finance the final push so I can bring this to market. If anyone knows of Angel Investor resources please post them! If you're interested in learning more about my venture please don't waste my time -- serious inquiries only. I am seeking in the mid 5-figure range.

my best advice is do what it takes to finish it so people can buy your product, get a few google adwords going and other ads to show conversions and ROI and then if it works youll be able to raise money for whatever, but right now on non developed ideas with no ROI history or still in dev. the chances of raising money even mid 5 and thats low are slim to none

the final push requires $50k?

I went that route 2 years ago and I broke even on AdWords with a TERRIBLE design and layout I threw together in an afternoon...just to get it online. My goal is to now "do it right" and I simply do not have the time with my other obligations (life, single dad of a 6-year old with Autism, working to pay the bills, etc.). The funding is obviously to have a small salary to actually be able to work on it and see it through to completion...as well as to fund the first rounds of PPC, backlinks, etc.

gee, 2 years ago?! Either the idea is great, or it's not.. if it's great, you should have completed it long time ago....

Really? So you know what day-to-day life is like being a single dad, raising a child with Autism? Working a full-time job and freelancing to make sure his needs are met, both emotional and developmental?

It's a proven "product" -- I am not reinventing the wheel. However, I am doing it better than most who are doing it, IMHO. Time is my problem. When I have time I have no money...when I am making the money I have no time. Thus the desire for a partner/investor. If you were interested or in a position you would ask about the venture and not armchair quarterback why it is or is not finished. I have over 2100 hours of development into the project which actually began in 2005. I had the luxury of spending almost all of 2007 working on nothing but this project. Unfortunately, I came up just a tad bit short on completing it PROPERLY before my money ran out.
