any firefox gurus? Got a question.
I finally got sick of bullshit dealing with IE and uninstalled it and finally decided to use FF3 exclusively.
You know how when you read threads on GFY in IE the link changes from orange to white, so when you're viewing the main page you know you already visited that thread? How do I set firefox to do that? |
how are you gonna know what pages look like in IE now.
It has always done it automatically for me.
How did you uninstall IE ?
You don't have to set anything for it to do that. It should be doing that by default. It's not some special feature.

As a web developer, I need IE7 to view pages because it is still the number one browser. FireFox is my personal favorite.
Anyway, uninstall FF, reboot and reinstall. If that doesn't work then it must be some bug on your computer. Go here http://www.safer-networking.org/index2.html and download SpyBot. Run it and let it clean out your computer. |
make sure you are blocking cookies and shit. maybe you have your security settings way too high?

It's a standard thing, sounds like it's just not rendering properly. Maybe try re-installing. You can also check the default settings under Tools -> Options and look under the 'Content' tab and click on the 'Colors...' button and try changing the 'Visited Links' color. - Az |
probably just in your options...
At your FF3 go to "Tools - Options - Content - Colors", in there change the Link Colors.
lmao.....
The links change just like in IE, from orange to white automatically...
uhhhhh make sure you turn on history in FF, if it's set to 0 days it won't function properly for showing already clicked links
