Anyone know of any flash video chat software that uses H.264 and FMS?

Trying to determine whether we should code one to our own specifications so we can integrate it in the way we want with any PPV/PPM functions required or buy one.. or maybe buy something we can modify to our purposes.

I've looked at flashcoms, flashcomguru, avchat, userplane..

h.264 is a very nice codec. I am not sure about videochat client side, but if you choose to post produce yourself, you can tag the codec in finalcut and export to .flv
