Updated Selling lifetime links on my website for $50
Website is NSFW - We provide Sexy Animated Gifs for social networking members to add to their profiles. As well for people to use on forums. Demograph is 18-27. Most traffic comes from Yahoo, and Google. Averages 300 Unique views per day this month, last month was over 1000 Unique views daily but we ran into a budget.

To answer some questions
The offer will last until the site is down. Which I do not plan on happening as this site is my HOBBY AND CURRENT ONLY INCOME as I am In college and generally get bored as fuck at school. So I plan on keeping this baby alive for a long time (at least 4 years)
If I so chose to sell the website (which I won't, trust me I've received a few $1k offers on it before it was even popular and turned them down, which doesn't make much business sense, but I am just passionate about my adult semi porn site :) ) I will force the buyer to sign a digital contract stating he will NOT remove the links. If he redesigns they still must be visible on the home page of the website.
