The key feature is the ignore where you can right click on a person's nick and add them to your ignore list, this will remove their posts, threads and even quotes from the forum entirely.

There are a whole bunch of other features as well, including forum/page navigation menu attached to the bottom of your browser, sidebar thread lists and more.
