We've seen this movie before in 2003.

When a person has inside information on the operation of a team because they worked there, it is invaluable. The steelers will have more difficulty than the cardinals disguising their plays. There is no way for them to change their playbook so fundamentally that wisenhunt won't know whats coming in some spots. Luck & talent will be factors in the outcome but it is an edge to have a former insider of your opponent not only working for you, but making decisions on the field.
