I have to say, the styling and dimensions of that make it about the best theme I have ever seen

It's a design company, using another design company's design for their own site.

they used the revolution theme as a base and took it to a level that I have not seen yet

I like the third one. Very professional & clean, although I do prefer wider content tables.

Eh... for their own blog, they used the Fresh News theme, and added a few graphics.
