NATs contact - URGENT
Hi,
Does anyone know of a way to contact NATs (TooMuchMedia) after hours? I've had hardware failure on my NATs machine and have swapped it out for a new one but need the license regenerated. Have already sent in a "severe" support ticket but I'd just like the added bonus of knowing that I can get helped now rather than in 6 hours when they open shop. Cheers ... |
It is one of the "flaws" with the system - despite how many depend on it and pay monthly fee's.
Unless someone surprises me and lets me know they now do have 24/7 emergency support that answers phones and emails now. |
