First time we had fight here there they did not pay the bills and we became to an agreement that they payed us in several months, they ordered without cashflow, but they payed us at least.

Several monts later they contacted us again for shootings and we agreed to a 50% upfront and after they received the content they would pay in 3 days.

The first two orders fine but again they are delayed in the last invoice since november 2008. Steven Zimmerman is simple not responding on ANY email from our side.

Roupen is telling me everytime I will talk with Steven what we can do. Now they want to put again an order with the promise that they will pay the last debt.

Well, we did send them the models (GAY) and so far no respond anymore.

My shooter makes me pay 50% up front, the 50% before delivery. He shows me samples if I ask to make sure its what I wanted, but to be honest, I trust him.

Perhaps you should work like this in future, at least until youve built up a good solid relationship with the client.

I have no problem working this way, as I intend to pay for the shoot and I know the quality of the guys work is great.

I'v been working with Roupen for years now and never ever had any problem with payments...so far all the best i can say,we shoted more then 1000 scenes together over past few years and i really didnt have any problem...there was some miss understanding for sure,don't worry,talk to Roupen and am sure he will take care of it fast :winkwink:

You should. Im now also working with a guy Ive known for years, id still rather pay that way. It works, and I wont ever get drama that way.

We have clients they pay 100% afterwards, receiving te content and they pay.`

We worked for a LOT of webmasters and distributors of DVD's they always payed us.

Only with the Magnus group we have problems, they think they are the MEN but in the meantime they resell our content for double prices. OK thats up to them and the customer who is willing to pay for that.

But be fair: pay at least your depts or have the balls to respond to emails. Hiding and not responding is so fucking LAME. But as we have contact with Adam and Eve they will see what can happen.
