Huge win for apple. IMO, multi-touch technology will be extremely prevalent in future technology.

Also, it's a blow to Palm.

Pretty huge, that technology will only get bigger and bigger, which means they'll always have a pretty big income source just by holding onto that.

omg they own the patent rights to pinching? So every time i have to drop a turd and pinch it off I have to pay a fee to Apple? bastards...

I would have figured that microsoft already had it, especially since they came out with Microsoft Surface years ago
