Prolly based on that many waited until close to last minute and then people flooded the request line for the damn vouchers and the Government or whomever ran out of the vouchers and started a wait list due to last minute demand.

I just wish they would stop with the FUCKING REMINDERS on TV. While they are at it could the fucking PLEASE STOP TESTING the emergency broadcast system. We all know that it works and is fucking useless and during an ACTUAL emergency the fucking news interrupts the channel anyways and forgoes the damn broadcast system.

Then not to mention I know that one county over in hayfork they are changing the digital shit anyways. Apparently people do not need converter boxes there as they will be rebroadcasting it in analog after the date. Which I thought by law they had to stop.

That's just nucking futs...
