what do you ask for an order form on a site?
 

so whats a mainstream price to make an order form for a php site with an email notification from a template. someone i know asks if i can do it but i dont know what the fuck i can charge, i never do work for other people.

and i mean a realistic mainstream figure, not an outsourced indian figure

We charge $100 for a simple form. I'd never pay that much, but plenty of folk do.
