3 big fat oranges every day (morning, noon & night) will sort it out. Vit C isn't stored by your body so get into the habit of one a day when you're feeling better :thumbsup

Just got back from the hospital myself. Sinus infection.
Could have swore I had a head cold, but after a week
and half I figured I'd better get checked out.

Suggest you do the same, just encase.

if your head hurts throughout a day - you got a sinus infection. its a nasty shit.

i had a real bad sinus infection once. my head was hurting so bad that i couldnt see straight. i suggest you go visit a doctor cause this is some serious shit.

Take a tall tumbler, squeeze in the juice of a lemon, a BIG slug of whisky and fill with hot water and drink, repeat if you don't feel zonked out until you do, sleep as long as possible and you'll feel great the next day.
