it's legal as far as i know.. there's just nude chicks by, or on animals. nothing sexual. i'd guess their billing was offshore.

I also think is ok for the US as long as theres not any kind of playing with the animals or excessing caring

When we check out new webmasters, if they have anything even remotely like bestiality, we deny their affiliate application, same goes for implied incest and all that other crap.

I'd say stay away from it, it might cause you to fall out of favor with a bunch of other affiliate programs.
