Ouch! I've lost 70 myself over the last year and a half (from 277) and am dealing with loose skin and stretch marks myself, but jesus Christ...esp given the last of the weight to go probably took some time compared to initially, he would have been walking around like that for a while - god that'd suck. Certainly better than weighing 600 lbs but damn. Crazy that it appeared he had chest muscles but his boob skin was hiding them.

Hopefully those scars healed well too - that was pretty gnarly.

I dunno man, this guy looks pretty bad-ass. Anyone that can stick a tube in his armpit and suck the juicy-bloody-goodness out is fucking bad-ass in my book.

Thats insane. Its crazy to think that someone with that kind of willpower would ever let himself get that bad in the first place.

Good for him..I have lost 90 so far and my aim is to drop 150 altogether and I am starting to have similar issues. I am sure surgery will be in my future. It is scary but has to be better than having the extra skin.

The dedication comes from the desire to live. Its simple. At that weight he would have dies before he was 40. Now he has a great chance of seeing 80.

That is true. I saw a heart attack happen in front of my eyes and then I decided to get real and if it was going to happen anyway at least I would go down fighting.

The scars are from having his excess skin removed after he lost the weight.

They scars they are referring to are from before that surgery. Look at a few of the ones with the hanging skin and you'll see.
