Go to Enterprise Rent-a-Car, rent a nice car for a day $50.00 or so. Have someone pull the car into the drive-way while she is home, and then wrap the key in a box with a bow and little note "Congratulations on your License!". When she opens the box, she'll see a car key. Then have her put on a blindfold and walk her outside and stand her in front of the car.

EDIT: I suggest Enterprise, because they don't put those "RENTAL" stickers on the car.

One of my college friends worked at a department store. One night I walked out of school to find my car covered in plastic wrap.

To get back at him I took my jack and put it under the back of his car, and jacked his car up just enough so that the wheels didn't touch the ground when he got it. That was funny.
