    Where is the NAMECHEAP Rep RichardK who posts here

    I recall it used to be on his profile somewhere, now it seems gone?

    I desperately need his help enforcing their 30 day grace period as I let a domain expire on the 18th and now it is completely gone from my account.

    And it is NOT in the reactivate list for you tards that think I am as ignorant as you are.

    RichardK please help me.

    I already got a canned response from my first ticket, hopefully they'll grasp what I am saying the second time and fix it before I even find Richard.
