Go to court tommorow for two 80 dollar parking tickets ugh.. pretty much bullshit, but I am pleading guilty with an excuse to get them reduced to a reasonable rate.... Any idea what sort of thing I can say heh?


and I have my speeding ticket (40 over on the 401) in like two weeks, if you have any tips on that as well, let me know :)

only fair thing i see that they can do is lock you up for atleast 3 months, and make you pay a 10k fine for being a dumbass.

Maybe just be real apologetic. I think it's mostly a power trip for the judges anyway. Just say your really sorry, you had some family issues on your mind, and that you didn't realize it was a handicapped space. LOL

For the 40 over on the 401... just protest it. Chances are the cop won't show up to court so you might be able to get out of that one. If he shows up, just say you were going as fast as other traffic. (Guilty, but with an excuse. You might get a lower fine for that)

He'll show... the cops in Canada get paid extra $ on top of their salary to show up in court. Kinda fucked if you ask me. Think about it... Cop knows he gets paid extra to show up in court, cop busts innocent person assuming they will contest it in court, they show up to testify, even if you win they get double salary for the day. Thats what I would do anyway.

They were stupid tickets anyways and shouldnt of happened but i couldnt talk myself out of them on the spot...... the dude told me to plead guilty with a reason and if i say i am a "poor" (like pimpdog) student they will cut them both down about 60%

but still, it'll show up as a guilty plea. From what I hear, that's pretty bad.
