I wanted to post this question on a medical board but most of the boards I saw the last post was 6 months ago or somethin

Well I took Benadryl because I got an allergic reaction to something and that was like 10AM since then im knocked out can barely keep my eyes open.

Is this normal?

Being a paramedice for 10 years I can tell you 100% YES its normal how much did you take? 1 or 2 pills? Hell I take 6 to 8 a night every night so i can goto sleep if you look at over the counter meds for sleeping you will see they all have 25 mgs of Diphenhydramine HCI

Btw it should of made ya tired 45 to an hour after you took it then when you goto sleep you feel groggy the rest of the day and to combat that feeling I take 200 mgs of caffien 357's and 25 mgs of epherdrine :)

I took 2 im like dead all day I feel like I just came back from a car crash or that real ugly jetlag feeling

Depends on the dosage, did you take the liquid form or capsules? Benadryl I usually take as a way to fall asleep easily since it knocks me out so fast. If your still tired in the morning from it, that doesn't sound right.
