yep, exactly why it's not a good idea to do the back and forth online.

My questions have nothing to do with defrauding as I'm a non-resident anyway...but someone who has the answers I need may not be in as legit a position and it wouldn't be so smart for them to answer in public ;)

better to consult a lawyer on sensitive issues. you don't want to get led by the blind do ya.

no of course not, but I want to do some research first before I waste a ton of time paying a lawyer or accountant for basic info. I just didn't know how to find the info because I didn't know what search terms, etc to search for.
