my feet have shrunk, anyone else had this happen?

Pressure from weight makes your feet expand. Even during the day, your feet will slowly expand a bit. It's why you should never buy hiking boots early in the morning.

But when you lose weight, the pressure drops and your feet shrink compared to the size they were before.

Do you (did you) have flat feet or fallen arches? When I was younger I did and wore size 11 to 11 1/2 but after a few years in my early 20s of wearing safety boots with form fit insoles the muscles strengthened and my arches came back. Now I wear 10-10 1/2
