there's a hot dog guy I know here in the OC making $50k/mo selling $4-5 dogs at a trendy area. Hot dog guys usually make decent $$.

Any type of food concession at a conference makes $$$$ but usually run by Aramark or such...

you dont have to be on the ground floor, just set up shop on the sidewalk and blow a fan towards the hotel. laugh when 30 fat asses come running out and following the scent.
