i remember a couple of years ago when it seemed like there would be a new solo girl launched every week! now, i'm having a hard time remembering the last time a stunning girl was launched

Everyone has a different view of what a "top tier" solo girl is. Here on GFY it seems to be the majority like the skinny teen looking girls. But that's not neccessarily what sells...which is why so many of those "top" girls are here and gone...they don't make any money.

As a guy who has been in the TGP business a long time and sold a lot of memberships over the years, I can tell you that the true top girls in this business are very rarely EVER referenced on this board.

well that's true BUT the reason is that when most webmasters refer to 'solo girl sites' they are really referring to 'teen solo girl sites'. sites with older girls are usually referred to as just 'amateur sites'.

i know there are lots of amateur solo sites that do very well. the top teen solo girls make lots of money - they don't leave because they aren't making money, they leave because they're young and getting into porn affects their lives alot more than it does for a grown adult woman with her own porn site. What seems like a good idea one day doesn't seem so good a few months later. Older girls know what they're getting into and are prepared for the consequences.

I think considering the solo model herself "top-tier" is a matter of personal opinion, but I will say I think the interaction and participation on a site from the girl is what makes it a great site. And I agree, it seems like when I was first starting my site in 06 there was almost an overflow of solo girl sites being launched, and just in my lurking around gfy lately it seems like that has come to a standstill or alot of those sites have died off, i.e, no updates, etc. And with that said....obviously I have to spam myself a little bit on this one and say my site was recently re-designed, is updating twice a week and is almost ready for an official "relaunch"! Solo girl sites come and go because it takes more than just looks to have one. You also have to have a good personality. Members love webcam shows and seeing you live in action. If you are pretty but a bitch, they are not going to stay a member. They like interaction. Being cute is just not good enough anymore.

Someone who never gets nearly enough props is Sexylette (Sexylette.com) - dont know what it is about her, but all my guy friends are obsessed members of her site - worth it to check it out for sure!

is she even active anymore? i doubt it - i have friends who were promoting her and happy to do so but haven't in a long time, that usually is because the girl is no longer active on the site.

good question - im not a member so I wouldnt know - ill ask them but any time porn girls get brought up, she is always one they mention :thumbsup would be a shame if it isnt being updated!

Lot of them have gone belly-up the last couple years. I remember Phil-Flash was killing with some of those girls before he fired them all. Raven Riley was killing and even the Mayor's Money girls were active and kicking ass.

I am amazed that it is mostly sites mentioned in this thread. A lot of the teens are actually around 23 or 24 now. Not sure how that makes you a teen still, but ok. When I think of solo girl sites I think of Catalina Cruz, Sandee Westgate, Vanilla Deville, Sunny Leone, Melissa Midwest, etc. Perhaps I am old school, but these sites have all been around a long time and have been proven successes.
