Don't claim you have Canadian Web Hosting When you don't!
 

Sorry, just needed to vent, I have seen several companies on here refer to themselves as Canadian web hosting, and use us to avoid US obscenity laws, blah blah blah.
1) Canada has more strict obscenity in my opinion
2) I haven't seen a company yet in someone's sig that is Legitality on Canadian bandwidth, unless you consider cogent bandwidth in the US or other US locations with US bandwidth as Canadian with no presence in canada except maybe the person reselling others bandwidth/space is Canadian.

I am Canadian, using ATT Canada bandwith on my own servers located in Canada, with banks in Canada, etc.,.. The only US thing I have is a "presence" for the purpose of keeping my rebills with Ibill.
Now, I think it is tougher in the States, since any frustrated small dick sheriff can charge people for obscenity in their county... As many possible trials as counties... Then you have RICO: they presume... so they can take all your ASSets :)
Then Interstate shipping, then the different ages 18, 19 or 21 depending on states...
