It means some idiot cheated where you are hosted and you too will pay for his wrong.

yeah, its somthing that we're aware of:( there were a couple more but I think they were fixed, I couldnt get anyone to answer my email there:( I'll continue to see what i can do though.

gangus, email [email protected] and give them your domain and copy that response you got in it also.

it's pretty dumb and lazy way to block cheaters. hell we have thousands of domains on our "whole net" there's gona be a some trying to take shortcuts and its effects a lot of honest WB's

Rumor has it that TGP and at least one other did the same thing with Rack Space :(

The sad thing is Dan that it doesn't have to have been a cheater - from the response a webmaster got from that TGP it looks to me like it could have just been some dumb-ass making an honest mistake that set that guy off.

I believe Prohosters has been blacklisted by many TGPs as well.

I heard that some TGPs have really random rules and block people for no reason and are really bitchy and think they rule the adult world.

Yep. I started out on Prohosters. I built up some good gallery traffic, then all of a sudden the gallery check scripts at certain big TGP's wouldn't work on my site.

I spend days trying to figure out what the hell was going on. I knew they hadn't blacklisted me, ProHosters didn't tell me, and the TGP's themselves put up no notice. After I figured out what was up and moved to another host, they continued rebilling my CC for months afterwards.. until I cancelled the account to stop it.

This was more than a year ago, so I'm not sure what the situation is now, but I doubt its gotten any better.
